The Mumford Research Group (MRG) is a social science research lab in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Oklahoma. Under the direction of Dr. Michael D. Mumford, this lab conducts research in the areas of creativity, innovation, leadership, planning, and ethical decision-making.
