Ph.D. Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (2025)
Dr. Tai Tran is a theoretical physicist from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He completed his physics Ph.D. at Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology, Japan in 2025. His research mainly focuses on quantum correlations, entanglement phenomena, the formation of quasi-particles and non-equilibrium dynamics in interacting many-body systems stemming from particle-particle interactions. To persue his research interests, he along with his collaborators developed an improved Configuration Interactions scheme to solve the many-body Schrodinger equation for indistinguishable particles in an efficiently truncated Hilbert space which is then implemented into a highly-parallelized MATLAB-based package.
