The Student Success and Advising Center (The DODGE) is a resource for current undergraduate students majoring in the Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences. The DODGE prepares students for lives of professional accomplishment, civic engagement, personal fulfillment and lifelong learning, and helps to ensure that financial and logistical barriers never stand between students and their goals. The DODGE can assist students with the following: academic advising, general questions, academic success strategies, finding campus involvement opportunities, major/internship/career exploration and planning, navigating campus resources, student advocacy, etc. Additionally, various events promoted and/or sponsored by The DODGE are held throughout the academic year. Ryan Peters, Assistant Dean of Student Success and Advising, has dedicated his career to empowering students to lead an intentional college experience while ensuring equitable educational opportunities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Communication and a Master’s in Human Relations degree, both from the University of Oklahoma. He began his career in Academic Advising at the University of Oklahoma in 2006 and has additionally been an instructor for several undergraduate courses since 2009. As a First-Generation College Student, he knows the value and impact of higher education and seeks to advocate for students in everything he does.

Tracy Holloway began her career at the University of Oklahoma over 25 years ago, dedicating most of that time to academic advising. Fully committed to fostering student success and cultivating self-motivation, Tracy uses both advising and teaching to instill a passion for lifelong learning. As a proud alumna, she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from OU. Outside of her work with students, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and reading—the scarier, the better.

Kaitlyn Armon has been Director of Student Success since August 2022. Kaitlyn came to the University of Oklahoma from Coastal Carolina University, and her professional background consists of Veteran Services, Admissions, Advising, and Student Success. Kaitlyn practices holistic student success, meaning, she cares about each students' personal, academic, and professional wellbeing. She is very passionate about making sure that each student she supports feels valued, heard, and respected; she genuinely enjoys supporting students in any way that she can. This passion was sparked by her own experiences in higher education as a first-generation college student. In Kaitlyn's spare time, she likes to go hiking with her husband or hang out at home with a good book, an iced coffee, and her 2 cats (Lyla and Vera) and dog (Hazel).

Tiffany Woodfork has been an integral part of The DODGE since January 2023. A proud University of Oklahoma alumna, Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis in Professional Writing. She currently serves as Office Manager for The DODGE. Tiffany brings many years of administrative experience in health care organizations to her role, along with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to creating an efficient and welcoming environment. She is passionate about continuing education and lifelong learning and plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of The DODGE and the students, faculty, and staff it serves. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys reading, singing in her choir, and spending time with family and friends.
