The OU Bioprocessing Core Facility (OU BPCF) offers flexible engagement models to support a wide range of research and development needs. Our team works closely with academic and industry partners to deliver high-quality, impactful outcomes. 

Joint Grant Development

The OU BPCF collaborates with startups and academic partners to co-develop grant proposals that advance mutual research goals. 

Collaborative Projects

At OU BPCF, we work alongside client teams to deliver services through:

POLICIES

All external user us of the OU BPCF are required to read and sign the External User Acknowledgement Form.

“This research was supported by the OU Bioprocessing Core Facility, which was funded through a Build Back Better Regional Challenge Grant (Federal Award ID #08_ 79_05677), the OU Vice President for Research and Partnerships, and the OU Gallogly College of Engineering.”

As per our user acknowledgement, users are requested to acknowledge the OU BPCF as applicable (refer to "How to Acknowledge the OU BPCF:" above) 

  1. If data are generated using OU BPCF resources, a statement acknowledging the OU BPCF and BBBRC grant should be included in the manuscript.
  2. For major intellectual contributions by the OU BPCF personnel including but not limited to study conception, experimental design, development or process optimization of biomanufacturing workflows, data interpretation, and manuscript preparation; co-authorship is warranted.
  3. For routine contributions, such as data collection for the user and technical training on specific equipment, a statement in the manuscript's acknowledgement section is sufficient

All users are required to follow the standard operating procedures and guidlines of the OU BPCF and the University of Oklahoma. Please refer to the resources below.

Payment Process

Internal Users are defined as OU and OU Health affiliated organizations. 

Internal users may make payment for services provided via chart field spread(s).

 

 

External Users are defined as non OU and OU Health affiliated organizations. 

External users may make payment for services provided via check or EFT/ACH (prefered method). 

Please make all check payments out to the University of Oklahoma and mail to the address below.
