OU Move Lab Members Present
at NCIC Conference

Instructional Psychology and Technology Assistant Professor Ben Heddy led a group of OU MOVE Lab members who presented at the annual conference of the National Consortium for Instruction and Cognition in Toronto, Canada.

Other presenters included IPT doctoral students John Chancey, Kelly Ross and Alex Parsons.

The mission of the MOVE Lab is to build a bridge between in and out of school learning. Researchers in the lab aim to implement cutting edge-research and statistical methodologies to investigate cognitive and motivational factors involved with engagement in all contexts, with a particular focus on transfer to everyday life settings. The goal is to not only generate a greater understanding of educational psychology theory but to also make an impact on the lives of teachers and learners.
