Two College alums among finalists for 2015 Oklahoma State Teacher of the Year
Congratulations to two Science Education BS. Ed. grads - Roger Clement, Physical Science, Biology and Chemistry teacher at Noble High School and Adam Forester, Chemistry and Earth Science teacher at Bethany High School, who are among 12 finalists for the 2015 Oklahoma State Teacher of the Year. Both Roger and Adam are currently working on graduate degrees through the JRCoE.

OU College of Education raises scholarship funds
University of Oklahoma President David L. Boren announced on Monday that the Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education has raised $3.1 million thus far in its $10 million fundraising drive for scholarships, the focal point of which is a Debt Forgiveness Program for new teachers.
Students Bring Boomer Abroad
Students from the Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education recently returned from studying abroad in Arezzo, Italy. Students completed two of their core courses over the month-long European adventure. During their travels, students took photos with a cutout of Boomer, one of the OU mascots, at famous locations around Europe.
