OU Reserve is the online space reservation tool for OU community members when booking School of Music rooms. Reservable rooms in Catlett Music Center (CMC) and Reynolds Performing Arts Center (RPAC) are listed below.

Email the date(s) and room(s) you are interested in reserving to School of Music facilities manager Jennifer Shannon at somfacilities@ou.edu. If a performance hall is included (Sharp, Pitman, or Gothic), also include the School of Music Hall Manager Lane Folds at somhalls@ou.edu. On most devices, the following link will compose an email to both addresses.
