The University of Oklahoma’s Weitzenhoffer Family College of Fine Arts has announced its 2025–26 University Theatre season, featuring a mix of classic and contemporary works spanning opera, drama, dance and musical theater.

The University of Oklahoma will present Benjamin Britten’s opera The Turn of the Screw Oct. 16–19 in the Donald W. Reynolds Performing Arts Center, a chamber opera that explores childhood innocence, mystery and complex psychological themes.

OU School of Dance Offers Free Dance Classes for Parkinson’s Community

The University of Oklahoma School of Dance, in partnership with the Oklahoma Parkinson’s Alliance, will offer free Dance for Parkinson’s classes from Aug. 19 through Dec. 11. Open to individuals living with Parkinson’s disease as well as their caregivers and family members, the classes will be held twice weekly in Norman.
