Construction Science Faculty Receive $45,000 Research Grant

Dr. Anthony Perrenoud, Dr. Matthew Reyes, and Dr. Ben Bigelow recently received a $45,000 research grant with ELECTRI International.

The research will identify project management training that electricians require to move into management positions. The research will produce and develop management training videos.

ELECTRI International is the research arm of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).

Emeritus Professor Named Recipient of National Leadership Award

Ronald Frantz Jr., emeritus professor, has been named a 2026 Mary Means Leadership Award recipient, the highest honor presented by Main Street America. The award was announced at the Main Street Now Conference in Tulsa, recognizing leaders who advance preservation-based economic development and community revitalization.
