GCA Students’ Design Adopted by Osage Forest of Peace

In its April meeting, the Osage Forest of Peace Board of Directors unanimously adopted a new campus plan created by students and faculty from the Christopher C. Gibbs College of Architecture.

The adopted plan is the Forest’s official guide for its expansion. The multi-disciplinary plan was created by students and faculty from the Urban Design Studio with significant contributions from the Divisions of Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, and Construction Science.

Osage Forest of Peace is a spiritual retreat center located in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.

This is the second time GCA students have designed for Osage Forest of Peace. In 2018, several GCA students from architecture, interior design, and construction science presented their Forest design concepts as part of the annual C5 competition.
