Gibbs College Team Shortlisted in International Architecture Competition

Associate professor of Architecture Anthony Cricchio recently partnered with Arkansas-based firm Resource Design on the Re-stock London Housing International architecture competition. The team’s entry earned recognition as one of just thirty shortlisted projects.

Resource Design is led by Gibbs College alumnus Jessica Hester. The competition team also included 5th year student Mary Davis, who worked at Resource Design as an intern during the summer.

The OU Institute for Quality Communities (IQC) 2024 collaboration with the Historic Threatt Filling Station has been recognized in the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City's newly released Byways Report: The Scenic Route to Rural Prosperity – a story-driven publication exploring how road trip culture and place-based tourism can fuel economic growth in rural communities.
