In an industry that lacks diversity, Jennifer shows a tremendous amount of determination to increase inclusion of minority and women designers in architecture. Upon her numerous accolades, she is revolutionizing the industry with her design talents as well as her passion for mentorship. As a Senior Associate, Jennifer plays a vital role in the leadership of her company’s recreation and student-focused projects and is a firm believer in promoting wellness in communities. Her positive attitude is key to building and maintaining client relationships. She is instrumental in helping Moody Nolan grow into the nation’s largest and most award winning African American owned design firm in the country.
Moody Nolan is the country’s largest African American-owned architecture firm with 11 offices nationwide. It was recently named the recipient of the 2021 AIA Architecture Firm of the Year Award. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Moody Nolan was founded in 1982 with just two employees. It has grown to more than 200 employees and has received notable national recognition and awards.
