The Christopher C. Gibb’s College of Architecture is seeking an individual to assist with management of operations of the Creating_Making and Digital_Making Labs to include all aspects of operating a model shop/research lab with tools, equipment and machinery with a high degree of expertise and safety along with Summer tasks to include the betterment of all Gibbs College of Architecture facilities to best suit the changing academic needs. Robert L. Wesley, a pioneering architect and beloved mentor, has died at age 88. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Wesley joined Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) in 1964 and became the firm's first Black partner in 1984. Throughout his career, he contributed to significant architectural projects while maintaining a strong commitment to civic engagement and professional mentorship.
