Yes! On the main login page, simply click "Forgot Password," This will prompt you to enter your email and a link will be sent to the email associated with your account.

In the Transact Mobile Ordering app, click the "More" tab. Once here, click "Payment Methods" and add your choice of payment.

On the main screen of the app, you'll be able to see all order updates. This includes: when your order has been received by the kitchen, when it is being prepared and when it is ready for you to pick up! There is also a countdown that tells you when your order should be complete, and you'll receive a notification from the kitchen staff once your order is ready.

You can access receipts from either the Inbox Tab or the More Tab in the app.

Unfortunately not; once an order is submitted the kitchen will begin to make it.

Please reach out to us through the "Contact Us" option under "Support" in the Transact Mobile Ordering app with your order number. That way we can look into the matter and ensure this doesn't happen again.
