Summer is just around the corner and campus is a great place to call home! The Summer 2026 Housing Contract opens Monday, March 23 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time. Summer housing will be available in Dunham College and Traditions Square West Apartments. Assignments will be made based on contract completion date and eligibility for each location. Due to the overlap between Summer Session and Move-In for Fall 2026, all summer residents living in Dunham must vacate no later than July 11.
Dunham College
Students will be eligible to live in Dunham College if they are enrolled in at least one OU Summer Semester course during May Block, 1st Summer Block and/or June Block. Dunham College is a co-ed community. Students of all gender identities will live on the same floor, hall or wing, but units are assigned as same-sex spaces.
Traditions Square
Students with a signed upperclass 2026-2027 Housing Contract and a Fall assignment will be eligible to live in Traditions Square West. Students who are eligible for both Dunham College and Traditions Square will be assigned to Traditions Square.
The rate for both Dunham College and Traditions Square will be $25 per night.
