Courses

Reports on this page relate to credit hours generated by all Norman Campus programs, including those offered in Tulsa and through OU Online programs. Credit hours generated through Norman On-Campus and Tulsa are generally considered to be centrally funded (i.e., E&G). Other sources of credit hours may have more complicated funding structures, including self-support. Please contact IRR if you have any questions about the most appropriate groupings for your reporting need.

SoonerFacts Interactive Reports

IRR's SoonerFacts are launched in PowerBI and accessible to those with active OU credentials. In a few cases, reports may be restricted to certain populations of users due to the sensitivity of the data.

Static Reports

Credit Hour Reports

  • Credit Hour Summary: This report provides credit hour totals by college and department for each academic period.  Reports marked "Preliminary" are as of the third week of the semester.  Reports not marked that way are final and are as of the end of the semester after grades have been submitted.
  • Credit Hour Analysis: This report provides a list of all class sections for an academic period along with their enrollment and credit hours (including and excluding withdrawals).  Reports marked "Preliminary" are as of the third week of the semester.  Reports not marked that way are final and are as of the end of the semester after grades have been submitted.
