GET AN EXCHANGE MAILBOX

OU IT automatically creates an Exchange mailbox for:

New students upon admission to the University.
New faculty and staff upon completion of your Personnel Action Form (completed by departmental HR representative).

You must activate your OU Net Account to access your Exchange mailbox and OU IT's other online services.

REQUEST AN ACCOUNT
The forms below outline the process to request an Exchange mailbox:

Organization Account - Register an Exchange mailbox and/or web space for your student group or department.
Distribution Group - Set up an Exchange mailing list.
OUNet Account (Exception Account) - Request an OU Net Account (including Exchange mailbox) for a non-OU employee or student. Provost approval is required.
