To: All Students, Faculty, and Staff who forward OU Mail off campus


On Wednesday, August 1, OU IT will begin moving OU Mail users to the new reliable, feature-rich Exchange 2007 email system. Since you forward your OU Mail off campus, no change is required. OU IT will continue to forward your email to the provider of your choice. 

To learn about Exchange, you can log in at http://exchange.ou.edu after August 1 and take a test drive. If you prefer to begin using Exchange, you must first disable your forward: 

     *  Log in at http://account.ou.edu
     *  Select the “disable forwarding” checkbox
     *  Enter your password (CURRENT PASSWORD)
     *  Click “Update OU Net Information”

You will then receive email in your Exchange mailbox.
