To: All Students who chose transfer it!

On Wednesday, August 1, OU IT will begin moving OU Mail users to the new reliable, feature-rich Exchange 2007 email system. You selected to have OU IT transfer your mailbox to the new system. We will transfer email messages, folders, and contacts. We will not transfer contacts added after August 1, contact groups, deleted items, and junk mail. 

Transfers will begin in August and last throughout the semester. You will receive an email 24 hours prior to transfer. Once the transfer is complete, OU IT will place a confirmation message in your OU Mail inbox with instructions for accessing Exchange (it will be the only message there). 

Continue using OU Mail until you receive transfer confirmation.
