Gas Compressor Short Course Exhibitor Information

As an exhibitor, you will have access to:

  • Exhibitor will have one table 6’ x 2' table and two chairs
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Lunch is included in the conference fee for both days
  • Opportunity for exhibitors to attend a class
  • Scheduled exhibit hall visitation times
  • Tuesday night reception
  • Each exhibitor is asked to bring a donation and/or gift to the Tuesday night reception for a drawing 

Exhibit areas are accessible for set up on Monday, August 25, 2025, between Noon to 5 p.m. Exhibits should be dismantled by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. The exhibit representative will be responsible for setting up, manning the exhibit, and dismantling after the course. Exhibitors are responsible for providing transportation, delivery, and pick-up of all exhibit materials to and from the conference site.

The University of Oklahoma and the Gas Compressor Short Course do not carry insurance on exhibits and cannot, therefore, be held liable for any aspect of the conference exhibition. Exhibits inside the conference center are limited to 1,000 pounds gross weight.

Conference exhibit hours are:  

  • Tuesday,  August 26, 2025- 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (closed during classes)
  • Wednesday,  August27, 2025— 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closed during classes)
