Kristen Hanford was born in Midwest City, OK, and graduated from Carl Albert High School. Kristen served 6 years in the United States Army as a Patriot Missile Launcher (14t) at FT. Bliss, TX with the A-4 THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense). As a “launcher dog” she participated in THAAD’s first deployment to Guam from 2013 to 2014.
She received her AS in Psychology from Oklahoma City Community College, a BS in Family Studies and Gerontology, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University. She is currently completing her Doctorate degree in Education in Administration and Leadership.
Kristen previously transferred from Texas A&M as the NROTC Human Resource Assistant.
