The University of Oklahoma Staff Week is an annual week-long celebration honoring University staff for their many contributions on and off campus.
The Staff Week Committee, with support from the Staff Senate, prepares months in advance to make the week’s events a great time. Staff Week has the support of the Board of Regents, President Harroz, and the City of Norman.
When: Wednesday, October 29th, 2025 from 11:00am-2:00pm
Where: Oklahoma Memorial Union, Molly Shi Boren Ballroom
Vendor participation is open to all OU Staff (current and retired) and/or their families.
If you have a craft/hobby and would like to participate, please read and complete the flyer below and return it to Jessie Tate no later than October 17th, 2025 at jtate@ou.edu.
