9:00-10:00 a.m.

Registration at the conference:

There is no cost to register or attend the conference, but we are asking for donations if you can help.  At the conference, a registration table will be available in the Physical Sciences building, first floor hallway.

We encourage everyone to register in advance so we know how many people will be attending the conference.   Any information you list on the registration form will be kept strictly confidential and is simply for our own records in case we decide to do a conference again next year.  There are two registration forms: one for groups, and one for individuals & families.  Anyone interested in having a display table at the conference should complete the proper section on a registration form.  Please click on the appropriate link below to go to the registration form:

This session will focus on the lobbying effort to get Phillips Petrolium to pay East Timor instead of Indonesia for oil drilled in East Timor, as a case study for how to successfully do internet activism.

A panel discussion of the death penalty issue.

3:30-5:00 p.m.

Keynote speaker: Kevin Danaher, Global Exchange Director.

Kevin Danaher will discuss the social and environmental effects of economic globalization, including discussion of the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, and World Trade Organization.  He is known for his inspirational speeches which encourage people "to expand their political vision and influence their own lives."
