The University of Oklahoma Spring Powwow is one of the longest running student-led powwows in the nation! The powwow is a space and celebration bringing together many Indigenous nations sharing ancestral cultures and traditions through dancing and singing. The University of Oklahoma Spring Powwow is sponsored and organized by the American Indian Student Association.

The OU Spring Powwow is free for all attendees!
Yes! The event is open to all OU students, faculty, staff and any community member regardless of OU affiliation.
We encourage guests to bring their regalia (if applicable), blankets, and cash for food and raffles, etc. Seating is provided but you are allowed to bring your own chair.
Keep in mind that OU has a clear-bag policy in-effect.
*Please note that no outside food, alcohol, drugs, tobacco or weapons are allowed on campus.
