TimelyCare

TimelyCare

All OU students on all campuses—Norman, OU Health, Tulsa, and Online—have free, 24/7 access to virtual health and emotional support through the TimelyCare Health & Well-being app.

Visit the University of Oklahoma's TimelyCare website, linked below, for more information.

TimelyCare App

Designed specifically for college students, the TimelyCare app offers on-demand medical care, scheduled visits, emotional support, and a rich library of self-help resources—all without the need for insurance, and accessible wherever you are.

While TimelyCare offers immediate crisis support and brief, solution-focused counseling, it is not a replacement for ongoing services already available to OU students. These include Student Counseling Services and Wellness programming. Rather than replacing these resources, TimelyCare serves as a complementary option that expands access and helps ensure students who need longer-term or more intensive care can receive the support they need.
