Christal Thomas brings over a decade of experience in finance and operations to her role in ASC. She is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency, fostering positive communication, and providing strong support to faculty, staff, and students.

Outside of work, Christal is married to her husband of 15 years and mother to two girls, ages 14 and 7. She is an active PTA and cheer mom and is passionate about supporting local schools and her community.

I love seeing classes gathering outdoors. Whether around the Pastoral Dreamer statue, in the “Spoonholder”, or on the lawn of the south oval, seeing engagement and learning happen all around is both hopeful and touching. 

The best part of working with students at the University of Oklahoma is the vibrant community that fosters both intellectual growth and personal development. I truly appreciate their enthusiasm for learning and eagerness to make a positive impact on the campus and beyond.

Show up and participate! Whether it’s for courses, study sessions, or discussions, GO and be present. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or reach out. Get involved with an RSO, club, or campus activity. Seek out opportunities to grow, learn, and enrich your life.
