As a student, where did you leave your mark on campus?

I left my mark through the Transfer Leadership Class, my participation in the coeducational professional business fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi in the business college, and in serving with my sorority.

The OU Family is your family away from home! We are a community of advocates and supporters who are helping you make connections on campus that bring you closer to your dreams. 

When was the moment you felt the greatest Sooner pride?

There are two moments for me, when I felt the greatest Sooner pride while a student on campus. My several times participating in The Big Event, our campuswide day of service, and the day I graduated from the business college, are those times that I most often reflect upon.

What was the greatest gift you took with you after graduation?

The greatest gifts I took with me after graduation are the lifelong friendships and bond between Sooners!

Beaird Lounge in the Oklahoma Memorial Student Union is a great location for wedding ceremonies!

What is your favorite OU tradition?

Being in Texas, one of my favorite OU traditions is seeing another Sooner wearing OU gear, then saying to the person, 'Boomer!' and for that person to respond, 'Sooner!'

What advice do you have for prospective students? 

Start early! Your senior year will fly by! Start your application early so that you have the best opportunity to present your most competitive admissions and scholarship application. And then enjoy the rest of your senior year! It’s pretty special!
