As a student, where did you leave your mark on campus?

During my time at OU I served in both volunteer and staffed positions within Crossover Ministries, an on campus outreach ministry. In these roles I had the opportunity to develop and lead several teams of student volunteers and connect students with the mission of Crossover helping them to find community and belonging. 

Define the OU Family in your own words.

Authentic and supportive. So much more than a tagline, the OU family is actively present all across campus and it empowers all members to reach their goals and find belonging.

When was the moment you felt the greatest Sooner pride?

There were so many highlights from my time as a student at OU, graduation day tied a bow on all of these moments. Achieving the goal was so rewarding, and seeing the journey crescendo with this exclamation mark is something I treasure.

What was the greatest gift you took with you after graduation?

Friendships and colleagues, the people at OU are truly the most wonderful people and they are what make OU so special. They enrich every aspect of the OU experience, and the OU Family is there for you even after graduation. 

Reveal one secret about campus.

The Bizzell Memorial Library is home to Great Reading Room, or GRR! This is a great study spot, but don't forget to explore the entire library, there may be some cool study spots to be found!

What is your favorite OU tradition?

The "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU!" at kickoff of football games! 

What advice do you have for prospective students?

Ask questions! College can throw a lot at you, we are here to help you! College will also provide so many wonderful opportunities, take advantage of everything that comes your way.
