What’s your educational background?

Bachelor's of Arts in Community Health
University of Oklahoma
Class of 2024

As a student, where did you leave your mark on campus?

I had the pleasure of working at the OU Writing Center as an office assistant during my time as a student. It is a wonderful resource with even better people!

Define the OU Family in your own words.

For me, the OU family is home. I truly believe I'm sooner born, I'm sooner bred, and when I die I'll be sooner dead.

When was the moment you felt the greatest Sooner pride?

Singing the OU Chant at my last choir concert of the season was so fulfilling. Participating in the Women's Chorus as a non-music major was one of the best things I did as a student.

What was the greatest gift youtook with you after graduation?

OU was a lifelong dream, so graduating and being part of the OU alumni forever is the greatest gift.

Reveal one secret about campus.

The biggest "secret" I can share is that 9 times out of 10, you can study anywhere on campus. You usually don't have to be in a specific major to use a common space in a building. I

encourage everyone to explore campus and find your favorite spot.

What is your favorite OU tradition?

My favorite OU tradition is no matter where you are in the world, if you see someone in OU gear, you can say Boomer and someone will always respond with Sooner!

One piece of encouragement I’d give to a student applying to college is...

My biggest advice is to come tour campus! OU has the most gorgeous campus and if you are on the fence, I believe coming here and experiencing the community will seal the deal for you.
