Accessible Information Management (AIM)

Accessible Information Management (AIM) is Here!

The ADRC is pleased to announce that we are now using AIM for our application for accommodations and for accommodation requests for current students.

Students are able to: 

  • Request semester accommodations

  • Request books and course materials in alternate formats

  • Request ASL-English interpreting services

  • Request real-time captioning

  • Access additional accommodation services as needed 

Faculty are able to:

  • Access student accommodation notices

  • Coordinate accommodation requests and related needs such as alternative format books.

  • Add secondary instructors, graduate assistants, or TAs who can assist with course accommodations

CURRENT STUDENTS: If you have already registered with the ADRC, you do not need to register again. To get started, head to the AIM log-in page.  You will use your OU 4x4 to log in.

 

Fall 2026 Requests

Students can request accommodations for their fall classes now..  Accommodation notices will go ut just before classes begin in August.
