The ADRC is pleased to announce that we are now using AIM for our application for accommodations and for accommodation requests for current students.
Students are able to:
Request semester accommodations
Request books and course materials in alternate formats
Request ASL-English interpreting services
Request real-time captioning
Access additional accommodation services as needed
Beginning in the fall 2026 semester, schedule exams through AIM and track when instructors upload and retrieve completed tests.
Faculty are able to:
Access student accommodation notices
Coordinate accommodation requests and related needs
Add secondary instructors, graduate assistants, or TAs who can assist with course accommodations
Upload, retrieve, and manage exams administered through the OU Testing Center (OUTC)
View student testing appointments at the OUTC and establish scheduling parameters for exams
CURRENT STUDENTS: If you have already registered with the ADRC, you do not need to register again. To get started, head to the AIM log-in page. You will use your OU 4x4 to log in.
Fall 2026 Requests
Students can request accommodations for their fall classes now.. Accommodation notices will go ut just before classes begin in August.
