Students must initiate their request for reasonable accommodation by registering with the Accessibility and Disability Resource Center. Accommodations are provided on an individual basis dependent on the need for services and documentation of disability. Students will meet with an ADRC team member for an initial intake and to jointly identify appropriate accommodations through an interactive conversation.
Students who have completed the ADRC registration process for accommodations may request accommodations for their classes.
Accommodations should be requested for each individual course as needed before or at the beginning of each new semester. Please allow sufficient time for processing before a specific accommodation is needed, as accommodations are not applied retroactively. Accommodation requests are processed within 3-5 university business days in the order in which they are received.
