OU Advocates

OU Advocates is a 24/7 helpline and in-person support service for anyone in our OU community who experiences sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, stalking and/or sexual harassment. We are a free and confidential resource on campus. Any student, staff, or faculty member in the OU community can utilize Advocate services.

WHO WE ARE

OU Advocates provides compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware care to all OU students, staff, and faculty survivors of sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, stalking, and/or sexual harassment.

SERVICES

OU Advocates provides crisis intervention 24/7 through the Helpline in addition to in-person services Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.

OU Advocates services include emotional support; safety planning; resource and reporting navigation; academic and housing accommodations; and accompaniment to university meetings, medical and forensic exams, law enforcement interviews, and court hearings.
