I chose chemistry because of how many different avenues there are! I have always been curious of the sciences growing up so being able to help others find the passion and drive to learn is always going to be one of my goals! My end goal is to become a professor and perform research post graduation!
My funded undergraduate research was studying hantavirus transmission and host behavior in deer mice (Peromyscus maniculatus) at the Selman Living Laboratory in western Oklahoma.
