Chemistry has captivated me since I was in school because of its visual and dynamic appeal in lab experiments, from vibrant color changes to glowing reactions. Later, my enthusiasm for learning chemistry grew over the years while I pursued my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Department of Chemistry, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

At OU, I am working under the supervision of Dr. Bayram Saparov where my research project is synthesizing hybrid organic-inorganic metal halides by substituting halides with pseudohalides and characterizing their optical properties. After completing my graduation, I want to join the industry and continue to contribute to chemistry.
