Rebecca Hupp is a History PhD student from O'Neill, Nebraska. She earned her bachelor of science in history and public history certificate at Peru State College and her master of arts in history and museum and archival studies certificate at the University of South Dakota. Her master’s thesis focused on chicory production in Nebraska and explored the relationship between farming communities and regulatory food laws. She has also worked with several museums to help them develop their exhibits and programming and currently serves on the program committee for Heritage Hall Museum and Archives in Freeman, South Dakota.
