OU’s History of Science Department has a long tradition of training both undergraduates and graduate students. We compete with the very finest departments in the United States for talented faculty and graduate students, and we teach undergraduates in the wide sweep of historical studies of science, technology and medicine.
We appreciate the generosity of the many past donors who have chosen to invest in our program. These include a generous endowment from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, contributions from alumni and friends for the Marilyn B. Ogilvie Graduate Fellowship, and an undergraduate fund to endow a scholarship for majors.
