Carlos Pérez de Arce B. is a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Spanish, M.A. candidate at The University of Oklahoma. He received a B.A. in Literature from Universidad de los Andes, Chile, in 2023, graduating as valedictorian of his class. He has participated in numerous research projects related to the editing of colonial Chilean texts for the collection Letras del reino de Chile (Editorial Universitaria, Chile). His main interests are 20th-century literary theory, Spanish linguistics, and the poetry of Nicanor Parra.
