Course Feedback Using a Canvas Survey

By using a Canvas survey in your course, you can gain valuable feedback from students on how they are doing in the course, what areas they are struggling with, and any changes that might help make the course better. Feedback can be submitted anonymously and solicited at any point in the semester (midterm, finals, etc.).

 

Course Feedback Survey. The pace at which material was covered was. Options are Too Fast, Slightly Fast, About right, Slightly Slow, Too Slow. The Course materials (e.g. textbooks, videos, PowerPoints, etc) helped me understand the subject matter. Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree. In this course, I learned skills or content that I consider valuable. Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree. The tests, projects, etc accurately measured what I learned in this course. Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree. With regard to your learning, what are the most effective components and activities of this course and Why? What have you learned in this course that you have found particularly interesting or exciting? What has been taught that is confusing or unclear and do you feel needs more coverage in class?
