I have historical interests in both ancient and medieval philosophy, as well as interests in contemporary logic, metaphysics, and philosophy of science. I'm currently working on a book examining Aristotle's understanding of the accidental in the natural world. I also have interests in other historical periods, including Hellenistic and late medieval philosophy. And I have abiding interests in contemporary philosophy of science and metaphysics: before studying at Colorado, I took a PhD in Aerospace Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Recent Courses: PHIL 1013 Introduction to Philosophy, PHIL 1113 Introduction to Logic, PHIL 1273 Introduction to Business Ethics, PHIL 3313 History of Ancient Philosophy, PHIL 5333 Studies in Ancient Philosophy.
