Society of Physics Students
(SPS)

The professional society for anyone interested in physics.

Hi there from the Society of Physics Students at the University of Oklahoma!

We are a student organization dedicated to providing services to the undergraduates of the Physics and Astronomy department. We offer two meetings per month which give vital information and insight on a variety of topics like: research opportunities, graduate school, public outreach, industry opportunities, and much more. We also provide seminars on coding and mathematics vital to your success in the program, as well as holiday parties such as the Halloween party where we throw a pumpkin frozen in liquid nitrogen off of the roof!

Of course, we always provide free food and drinks. Check out the calendar and come on down!
