Dr. Jiqun Liu, Associate Professor in the School of Library and Information Studies (SLIS) at the University of Oklahoma, has been named among the world’s top 2% most-cited researchers in the field of Library and Information Science, according to the 2024 Stanford–Elsevier global citation database. His research focuses on human–AI interaction, cognitive bias, and information retrieval, advancing understanding of how people make judgments and decisions in AI-mediated environments.
Dr. Liu’s recognition highlights the growing national and international visibility of OU’s SLIS and the Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences (DFCAS).
