Congratulations to OU Sociology's Professor Sam Perry for the recent award for his research excellence. The Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality has presented Dr. Perry with the 2021 Hugo G. Beigel Award "to recognize research excellence in sexual science" for his 2020 article "Is the Link Between Pornography Use and Relational Happiness Really More About Masturbation? Results From Two National Surveys" in the Journal of Sex Research, the leading journal in sexuality studies. In the article, he finds BRIEF FINDING.
