Congratulations to Emily Bonner, who successfully defended her MA thesis, The Price is Not Right: Grocery Taxation, Race and Food Insecurity during COVID-19. Emily will present her thesis research at the ASA annual meeting this summer in Philadelphia. Her committee members are Mitch Peck, Tom Burns, and Loretta Bass (chair). Emily has been admitted and will be attending the University of Oklahoma PhD program in Sociology in fall 2023.
