Kristin Carr

Kristin Carr joined the Online Field Education team in 2022 after spending over 15 years working as a School Counselor at a public high school. She served her students and school district as an 11th and 12th grade School Counselor and then transitioned to a College and Career Counselor and Career Exploration Program Coordinator.  Her experience in these roles provided valuable knowledge in the areas of mental health, education requirements, and community partnerships.  Her 15+ years in secondary public education allowed her to fulfill her passion for serving others and helping them identify and reach their goals.

While earning her Master’s degree and before working as a School Counselor, Kristin was a College Recruiter at a Regional University. She found working on a college campus fulfilling and knew she would love to return to a college campus later in life. She is a lifelong Sooner fan with a family full of OU graduates and sports enthusiasts!
