As Executive Director of CIWRO and administrator for the NOAA cooperative agreement, Cassie leads financial management, purchasing, property control, research administration and contracts support, human resources, visa and immigration paperwork, marketing and communication, outreach programs, serves as liason to NOAA and other external funding agencies. Cassie and her team oversee over 120 sponsored projects annually and 250+ employees on sponsored research. Prior to CIWRO, Cassie served as the Program Director for Precollegiate Programs at the University of Oklahoma for 10 years.
