Matthew Paulus

Matthew works with the National Weather Service (NWS) Forecast Decision Training Division (FDTD) to develop training resources on Ensemble Prediction System (EPS) products and tools in support of probabilistic IDSS. The team collaborates with NWS instructors and forecasters to identify specific operational training needs and create appropriate training products related to EPS techniques, with the goal of developing forecaster confidence, decision making, and communication in probabilistic forecast applications.
