Melissa is a member of the Warning Decision Training Division team and currently serves as the project lead for the Human Factors Warning Operations Course (WOC). She is also an instructor for the Radar Applications Course (RAC) and leads the Humans in the Warning Process and Team Communications topics in both the distance learning and the workshop components of the course. She is also part of the WOC Flash Flood, WOC Winter, and WOC Severe teams, and is the author of various modules within those courses. She is an active member of the NWC Events Committee and participates in many of WDTD's outreach events.
