About

As part of the Advanced Radar Techniques (ART) team at CIWRO, Robbie is involved in R&D related to the Advanced Technology Demonstrator (ATD), a dual-polarization phased array radar designed for use as a weather radar. His team develops and implements new leading edge capabilities, digital signal processing algorithms, and software.
