The Scroll Bars for Frame Web Pages work exactly like they do in Windows 95.
Within each Frame, if the
Scroll Bars are visible...,
Netscape will allow you to Scroll Down.
"Click-on" the Up or Down Arrows to view more information.
You can "Drag" the Scroll Box to move quickly Up or Down.
You can "click-in" the Gray Area to a Frame Area at a time.
Some Frames may have Horizontal Scroll Bars. (not shown above)
