Bio

Dr. Ze Shi Li is an assistant professor in the School of Computer Science at the University of Oklahoma. His research sits at the intersection of AI and software engineering and human–AI collaboration. He investigates how large language models and other AI technologies and tools can be leveraged to automate and improve software engineering activities. In particular, he aims to help organizations and developers improve productivity and work through AI. Moreover, he focuses improving the usability of AI tools for the broader community and quality attributes of leveraging AI such as privacy and security. His work spans both technical and qualitative areas, including studies of cognitive biases in AI-assisted analysis and the adoption of AI tools in software practice.
